The David Watkins Collection
VOLUME I - 'ADAGIO
and RONDO' K617 for Harp & Quartet
WA Mozart arranged David Watkins
The most exciting musical addition to
harp repertoire for a long time. Originally written for the
Glass Harmonica with accompaniment of flute, oboe, viola and
cello, the work can also be performed with string quartet,
string orchestra or keyboard. It would also be a very suitable
piece for competitions and students' final recitals. This edition
was first performed by David Watkins and the Allegri String
Quartet in 1995 at the Llanfyllin Festival.
